Cookies Policy
Extended cookie notice under the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (10 June 2021) and the GDPR · Last updated: June 2026
This page describes the use of cookies and tracking tools on the Gran Camera Booth website. The Data Controller is Fabio De Gabrieli (VAT 05247580755), with the contact details listed in the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on a user's device while browsing. They make the site work, remember certain preferences or, in some cases, collect information about how the site is used. Similar tools (such as pixels or local storage) may serve similar purposes.
2. Types of cookies
2.1 Technical cookies
These are necessary for the site to work properly and for you to use its content. They do not require user consent. They include, for example, cookies that manage navigation, display preferences or security.
2.2 Analytics cookies
These collect aggregated, statistical information about how the site is used. They are treated like technical cookies only if properly anonymised and configured; otherwise they require consent.
2.3 Profiling and third-party cookies
These build user profiles and deliver advertising in line with a user's preferences. They always require the user's prior consent, given through the dedicated banner.
3. Cookies used on this site
At present, this site is an informational page and does not use its own profiling cookies.
The site loads its typefaces through Google Fonts: this involves a request to Google's servers which, for the technical purpose of delivering the service, may process data such as the IP address. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells real users apart from bots to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect information about the device and interaction, processed by Google under its terms: the Google Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
Should statistics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel) or a third-party form delivery system be introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and, where necessary, a banner will be shown to collect consent, with "Accept" and "Reject" buttons and granular choices.
4. Managing consent and cookies
Under the Authority's guidelines, on first access no cookies other than technical ones are installed without the user's consent. When cookies requiring consent are present, you will be able to accept, reject or customise your choices through the dedicated banner, and change them at any time.
You can also manage or disable cookies directly from your browser settings. Official guides:
Disabling technical cookies may affect some features of the site.
5. Your rights and contacts
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent and the others under Articles 15-22 GDPR) and for any information about cookies, you can write to info@grancamerabooth.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (EU residents may also contact their local authority). For other information about processing, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated if new tools are introduced or the law changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
